Friday Faves

I have thoroughly enjoyed having a week off from my demanding school schedule! I have been non-stop for I don’t know how long now, and have been embracing this time off–even though it’s flying by..I guess I only have three more days of being homework-free!

I absolutely LOVE that I can take my laptop anywhere (IE: THE BEACH) and be productive. Ever since I can remember as soon as I lay down at the beach my thoughts are going a mile a minute on things I have to do or should be doing. It is so hard to relax and combining the efforts is sometimes a fabulous luxury.

Hi Handsome!

I finished Season Two the beginning of this year, and the bf finally sent me Seasons Three, Four, and Five! I can’t hardly wait to start watching Dex again… I love all the actors and the writing in the first two seasons, I can only image how it’s progressed. I know it may seem like I live under a rock (contrar, I live ON a rock;) but I don’t get HBO or those other special have-to-pay-extra-for-channels!

One word: Louis

I bought the bag… We’re inseparable and enjoying our Honeymoon together;)

My Goddaughter has been enrolled in our Hawaiian Immersion program for the last two years and her Kumu (teacher) is teaching parents (and aunties;) Hawaiian ‘Olelo (Hawaiian Language) once a week for the duration of the school year. I am so blessed to be part of this program, and love sharing the Hawaiian culture with everyone as often as possible!

What are some of your Friday Faves?

  1. I own zero Louis Vuitton…but a girl can dream, right?
The immersion program is so cool! I took Hawaiian in school for those 10 years, but hardly remember a word. I speak German and Dutch fluently, and a bunch of languages very, very badly!
